Return Policy:

At Fabbofficial, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. We offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of the delivery date. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.
  3. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping charges.

Please note that any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage will not be eligible for return.

Replacement Warranty – Jewelry Color Issues:

Fabbofficial is committed to providing high-quality jewelry that meets your expectations. We offer a replacement warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase for issues related to color. subject to the following terms and conditions:

Color Issues: If your jewelry item experiences color changes or fades within 6 months of purchase, we will provide a replacement. Please note that color variations due to natural factors such as skin chemistry and exposure to chemicals are not covered by this warrant


The following scenarios are not covered under the Fabbofficial replacement warranty:

  1. Jewelry items that have been intentionally damaged, altered, or modified.
  2. Loss of gemstones or other decorative elements.
  3. Tarnishing, discoloration, or damage due to exposure to chemicals, moisture, or excessive heat.
  4. Jewelry that has been subjected to undue force or wear and tear beyond normal use.

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Complete the form and include all requested details and attachments, including clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond with instructions on how to proceed.
